Overview

This quickstart walks you through the fastest path to getting your first customer set up with a working AI voice agent on Knotie AI Pro. By the end, you’ll have:
  • A partner account with your branding
  • Your first customer onboarded
  • An AI voice agent imported and ready to take calls

Prerequisites

  • A valid email address and phone number
  • A Retell or VAPI account with at least one agent created (or use the built-in Knova agent on the Free plan)

Step 1: Create your partner account

  1. Go to knotie-ai.pro and click Get Started.
  2. Choose a plan — Free Forever is a great way to start.
  3. Enter your business name, email, and phone number.
  4. Click Create Account and complete any payment steps if on a paid plan.
  5. Log in via the Partner Login button.
After your first login, set up a passkey and enable MFA for added security. See Account & Security for details.

Step 2: Customize your portal branding

  1. In the sidebar, go to Settings → White-Label Portal.
  2. Upload your logo, set your brand colors, and configure your portal name.
  3. Your customers will see this branding when they access their portal.

Step 3: Onboard your first customer

  1. Navigate to Customers in the sidebar (expands to Active Customers).
  2. Click Quick Onboard.
  3. Fill in your customer’s details (name, email, business info).
  4. Choose a portal mode — the default is Basic. SaaS mode is the alternative if you’re selling a productized offer.
  5. Click Create to finish onboarding.
Your customer now has their own portal accessible via your whitelabel subdomain.

Step 4: Import or create an AI agent

Knova agents are built into Knotie AI Pro — no external account needed.
  1. Go to AI Agents in the sidebar.
  2. Click Create Agent and select Knova.
  3. Configure your agent’s name, voice, and instructions.
  4. Assign it to your customer.

Step 5: Verify everything works

  1. Go to Agent Analytics in the sidebar to confirm data is flowing.
  2. Visit your customer’s portal URL (shown in the Customers list) to see their view.
  3. Test your agent by making a call or using the web widget.
