Keeping track day to day

There isn’t a single “daily management” screen. Instead, the two places you’ll check most often to stay on top of a customer are the Customer Info tab and the Deployment tab, both inside a customer’s Manage window.
  • Customer Info — recent activity, contact details, and the notes you’ve kept about your interactions with them.
  • Deployment — the setup status and a timeline of milestones, so you can see where they are in getting up and running.

Where to find them

  1. Open Customers in the sidebar.
  2. Select a customer.
  3. Click Manage.
  4. Use Customer Info for activity and notes, and Deployment for setup progress.

A simple daily routine

  • Start with a quick review — open your active customers and glance at recent activity and setup status.
  • Add notes as you go — after a call or an email, jot down what happened in Customer Info so nothing gets lost.
  • Hand off cleanly — when a teammate takes over a customer, your notes give them the context they need.
