What Daily Management is for

The Daily Management tab helps you keep track of day-to-day operations for each customer. Use it to monitor activity, track tasks, and stay on top of customer needs.

Where to find it

  1. Open Customer List.
  2. Select a customer.
  3. Click Manage.
  4. Go to the Daily Management tab.

What you can track

The Daily Management tab provides visibility into:
  • Recent activity – See what’s happened with this customer recently.
  • Task tracking – Monitor ongoing tasks and their status.
  • Notes and updates – Keep a log of interactions and important information.
  • Alerts and notifications – View any warnings or action items.

Common use cases

Morning check-ins

Start your day by reviewing Daily Management for your active customers:
  1. Open each customer’s Daily Management tab.
  2. Check for any alerts or issues.
  3. Review recent activity.
  4. Plan your follow-ups.

Customer support

When a customer reaches out with an issue:
  1. Open their Daily Management tab.
  2. Review recent activity for context.
  3. Add notes about the support interaction.
  4. Track resolution status.

Team handoffs

When handing off a customer to a teammate:
  1. Review the Daily Management tab together.
  2. Point out any ongoing issues or tasks.
