What Marketing is for

The Marketing section gives you ready-to-use assets you can share with prospects. It’s designed for agencies that want to:
  • Explain voice AI clearly
  • Show examples quickly
  • Reduce time spent creating sales collateral

Where to find it

In the Partner Portal sidebar, open Marketing. Partner Portal — Marketing landing page showing the "Demo for Customers" card with an Explore button.

  • Search by title

The Voice-Enabled Website page isn’t currently reachable — it doesn’t appear on the Marketing landing page. If you’d like to use this feature, contact Knotie support to check whether it’s coming back or has been retired.

Demo for Customers

Use Demo for Customers to:
  • Deploy demos that help you showcase voice AI in a live call
  • Run “test” experiences during sales calls
This page requires a Retell API key configured in Settings before you can deploy a demo. Partner Portal — Demo for Customers page showing available demo options and the deploy button (reachable at /partner/marketing/demo)

Theme-aware interface

All Marketing pages respect your partner portal’s whitelabel theme. If you have configured custom brand colors in Settings → Whitelabel, the Marketing pages will render with those colors automatically — no extra configuration needed. This means Marketing screenshots will look different on partners with custom themes. When capturing screenshots for your own documentation or customer guides, take them from the same partner account you’re documenting.
