- FAQ — answers to common questions about billing, switching plans, and enterprise options.
Monthly vs yearly billing
Use the Monthly / Yearly toggle at the top of the plan cards section to switch between billing intervals.- Yearly billing shows an estimated per-month cost.
- The full yearly charge is billed at signup.
- You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time from your subscription settings.

Storage quotas
Each plan includes a shared media storage pool for your customers’ media libraries.
This pool is shared across all your customers. If a customer hits their limit, they’ll get an upload error. You can manage customer storage from Customers → Manage → Features & Add-ons.
