Monthly vs yearly billing

Use the Monthly / Yearly toggle at the top of the plan cards section to switch between billing intervals.
  • Yearly billing shows an estimated per-month cost.
  • The full yearly charge is billed at signup.
  • You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time from your subscription settings.

Frequently asked questions

Can I switch plans anytime? Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your subscription settings. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated. What payment methods are accepted? All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Is there a setup fee? No. You only pay your subscription. Migration assistance on paid plans is free. What’s included in Free Forever? Up to 2 customers, unlimited Knova agents, subdomain white-label portal, passkey + MFA authentication, and community support. Do you offer custom enterprise plans? Yes. For agencies with unique requirements, custom plans are available with dedicated support, custom integrations, and volume discounts. Contact sales from the pricing page. What happens if I exceed my customer limit? You receive a notification as you approach the limit and can upgrade in one click. There is no service interruption — live customer sessions are not cut off.
