What Integration Settings controls

Integration Settings is where you connect provider credentials used by your AI agents. Without these keys, you may see warnings in other parts of the portal (for example: Agent Analytics or import modals).

Where to find it

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Find the Integration Settings section.
  3. Click Update Integration.

What you can configure

The Settings page displays these integration fields:
  • GoHighLevel Calendar ID
  • GoHighLevel API Key
  • VAPI API Key
  • Retell API Key
  • Ultravox API Key

Add or update provider keys

  1. Click Update Integration.
  2. Open the Integration tab.
  3. Paste your provider key(s).
  4. Save.

Key validation (what to expect)

The portal validates some keys before saving:
  • VAPI: validates by calling https://api.vapi.ai/assistant
  • Retell: validates by calling https://api.retellai.com/list-agents
  • Ultravox: validates by calling https://api.ultravox.ai/api/agents using X-API-Key
If validation fails, you’ll see an “invalid API key” message.

Best practices

  • Keep keys in a password manager.
  • Rotate keys if a contractor leaves.
  • Use separate provider accounts for production vs testing where possible.
