Read the current Knotie AI Pro documents on the public website: The live pages currently show Terms v2.0 and Privacy v2.0, effective 18 August 2026. Always use the live pages as the source of truth because legal documents can be updated. Your customer-facing portal includes branded Terms and Privacy pages. To use your own documents instead:
  1. Open Settings → Whitelabel.
  2. Expand Landing Page Configuration.
  3. Add your Privacy Policy URL and Terms of Service URL.
  4. Save the settings and open the live portal to check both links.
Leave either field empty to use the default branded page for that document.
