What it is

The Partner Portal can describe itself to an AI assistant running in your browser. It uses WebMCP, a standard way for a web page to tell an assistant which actions it offers. With a compatible assistant open in the same tab, you can ask things like:
  • “What can I do in this portal?”
  • “How is my account doing?”
  • “Take me to phone numbers.”
  • “Find my customer called Acme.”
  • “What should I set up next?”
The assistant uses the same signed-in session as you. It can only see and do what you can already see and do, and it never gets your password or API keys.

What you need

  • A browser and AI assistant that support WebMCP.
  • To be signed in to the Partner Portal in that browser.
There is nothing to switch on in your account. When a compatible assistant is present, the portal makes its tools available automatically on every page.

What the assistant can do

These tools are available on every page of the Partner Portal: All of these tools only read information or move you around the portal. None of them change settings, spend credits, or send anything.
More page-specific tools are planned. Until they arrive, the assistant can guide you to the right page, but you make changes yourself.

Safety

  • Same access as you. The assistant works through your own session, and the usual permission and plan checks apply to every request.
  • Nothing new is exposed. The tools only use information the portal already shows you.
  • No secrets. Passwords, API keys, and other credentials are never passed to the assistant.
