Select Download my data to get a file (JSON format) containing your profile, customers, agents, calls, invoices, and usage. Passwords, keys, and other credentials are never included.Large accounts can take a little while to prepare. You don’t have to keep the page open — you’ll get an email when your file is ready. Download it before the link expires; if it does expire, just select Download my data again. You can download your data at any time. You don’t need to ask for account deletion first.
In the Danger zone, select Request account deletion.
Follow the confirmation steps on screen.
Here’s what happens next:
We review your request. You’ll get an email confirming we received it.
You get 30 days. Once the request is approved, you have 30 days to download your data. Your portal, customers, and agents keep working as normal during this time.
Your data is anonymised. After the 30 days, your personal details and your customers’ details are removed. This can’t be undone, and you won’t be able to sign in any more.
Deletion is permanent. If you only want to stop paying, change or cancel your plan from Settings → Plans & Billing instead.
You can withdraw your request at any time before your data is anonymised. Open the Danger zone and withdraw it there — your account carries on as normal.
Some records must be kept by law, such as invoices and payment records. We remove your name and contact details from them so they no longer identify you.Once your account is deleted:
Your subdomain and any custom domains stop working.
Your customers are not notified automatically. If you deliver services to them through your branded portal, let them know before your account is deleted.
