Overview
Knotie AI Pro includes a floating video button inside the Partner Portal. You’ll usually see it in the bottom-right corner of the screen.What it does
- Opens a short tutorial video for the page you’re currently viewing
- Helps you complete onboarding steps faster
- Keeps you moving without needing to search for help articles
What to expect
When you click the button:- A video player opens
- You can mute/unmute
- You can close it and continue working immediately
If you don’t see the video button
- Some pages may not have a video assigned yet.
- If you’re not logged in, the Partner Portal help overlay won’t load.
