# Customer VPS access

> Give a customer access to the VPS marketplace and server tools in your branded portal.

## Enable customer access

1. In the Partner Portal, open **Customers → Active Customers**.
2. Click **Manage** for the customer.
3. Open **Features & Add-ons**.
4. Turn on **VPS Purchase (Managed Servers)**.
5. If the customer should use a browser terminal, also turn on **Connect Your Server**.
6. Save the customer changes.

You can also choose whether the customer sees One-Click Apps and set a customer-specific margin from the same section.

## What the customer sees

The customer opens **VPS Marketplace** in the branded portal. The page introduces managed servers, region choices, browser access, one-click app options, and consolidated billing. A customer who is not signed in is asked to log in before managing servers.

Once signed in and authorised, the customer can continue from the marketplace to the server-management tools available to their account.

## If access is unavailable

* Confirm the customer's portal access is enabled.
* Confirm **VPS Purchase (Managed Servers)** is turned on.
* Ask the customer to sign in again after you save.
* Check the partner-level VPS settings if plans are not available.
