# Integration pricing

> Set how many AI credits customers spend when agents use connected apps.

## Open Integration Pricing

In the Partner Portal, open **Settings → Integration Pricing**.

Use the switch at the top of the page to turn integration charging on or off for the partner account.

## Set the default price

The page shows the platform base rate and a **Margin multiplier**. Production currently displays a base rate of **0.03 credits per call**. The calculated customer price and margin update as you change the multiplier.

Review the calculated price before saving.

## Set prices for individual apps

Use **Per-app pricing** when an app should not use the default margin.

* **Per-call price** sets the credits charged each time an agent uses that app.
* **Unlock fee** sets a one-time charge before the customer can connect the app.
* **Effective price** shows the resulting per-call charge.

Leave an app on **Use margin** or **Free** to keep the default shown by the page.

## Choose which experiences charge

Under **Per experience**, choose **Inherit**, **On**, or **Off** for each listed experience. **Inherit** follows the partner-wide switch.

## Override one customer

1. Open **Customers → Active Customers**.
2. Select **Manage** for the customer.
3. Open **Features & Add-ons**.
4. Find **Charge for integrations** under **AI Credit Management**.
5. Choose **Inherit partner setting**, **On**, or **Off**.
6. Save the customer.

The customer setting takes priority over the experience and partner defaults. Charges apply only while **AI Credits Enabled** is on for that customer.
