# Media Studio settings

> Enable the customer-facing Media Studio and set your usage margin.

## Overview

Media Studio lets customers create branded images and video from their portal. The feature is currently marked **Experimental**, so review it before offering it broadly.

## Set up Media Studio

1. Open **Media Studio** in the Partner Portal.
2. Turn on **Enable Media Studio** when you are ready to offer it.
3. Set the **Margin multiplier**. The production control currently accepts values from 1.2 to 3.0.
4. Review the preview and recipe cost table before you save.

The table separates your estimated cost, your credits, and what the customer pays. Use it to check the effect of your multiplier.

## Enable it for a customer

The main Media Studio switch does not grant access to every customer.

1. Open **Customers → Active Customers**.
2. Click **Manage** for the customer.
3. Open **Features & Add-ons**.
4. Turn on **Media Studio** under **Menu Visibility Options**.
5. Save the customer changes.
