# Voice AI Platform

> Offer a branded, self-service voice agent experience to your customers.

## Overview

Voice AI Platform gives customers a branded place to create and manage inbound, outbound, and website voice agents. The production catalog currently shows the experience as **Active**.

## Make it available

1. Open **One-Click Experiences**.
2. Find **Voice AI Platform**.
3. Select **Enable** if the experience is off.
4. Use **View Landing Page** to review the branded page.
5. Select **Make default** only if this should be the experience on your root domain.

## Give a customer access

1. Open **Customers → Active Customers**.
2. Select **Manage**, then **Features & Add-ons**.
3. Turn on **AI Agents**.
4. Set **Agent slots**. A value of `0` gives view-and-test access without self-service creation.
5. Save the customer changes.

The customer-facing page explains a simple flow: describe the agent, connect business details and booking tools, test it, and launch it.
