## Overview
Knotie AI Pro is built for partners and agencies.
Plans are designed around how many customers you manage, how many agents you run, and which automation and white-label features you need.

## Pricing page layout
The pricing page at **knotie-ai.pro/pricing** has three sections:
1. **Plan cards** — headline features for each tier, with a subscribe or sign-up button.
2. **Detailed comparison table** — full feature-by-feature breakdown across all tiers (expand via *See complete pricing breakdown*).
3. **FAQ** — answers to common questions about billing, switching plans, and enterprise options.
### Monthly vs yearly billing
Use the **Monthly / Yearly** toggle at the top of the plan cards section to switch between billing intervals.
* Yearly billing shows an estimated per-month cost.
* The full yearly charge is billed at signup.
* You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time from your subscription settings.

## Storage quotas
Each plan includes a shared media storage pool for your customers' media libraries.

This pool is shared across all your customers. If a customer hits their limit, they'll get an upload error. You can manage customer storage from **Customers → Manage → Features & Add-ons**.

## Frequently asked questions
**Can I switch plans anytime?**
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your subscription settings. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
**What payment methods are accepted?**
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe.
**Is there a setup fee?**
No. You only pay your subscription. Migration assistance on paid plans is free.
**What's included in Free Forever?**
Up to 2 customers, unlimited Knova agents, subdomain white-label portal, passkey + MFA authentication, and community support.
**Do you offer custom enterprise plans?**
Yes. For agencies with unique requirements, custom plans are available with dedicated support, custom integrations, and volume discounts. Contact sales from the pricing page.
**What happens if I exceed my customer limit?**
You receive a notification as you approach the limit and can upgrade in one click. There is no service interruption — live customer sessions are not cut off.
