# Ultra tier for Knova agents

> Give a Knova voice agent the most natural conversation style, where callers can interrupt and get quick replies.

Knova agents come in four tiers. **Ultra** is the most natural: the agent listens while it speaks, so callers can interrupt and ask follow-up questions and the agent replies almost straight away, like a person would.

| Tier | Best for |
| - | - |
| **Essential** | The fastest, lowest-cost option |
| **Moderate** | Most agents (recommended) |
| **Premium** | Harder conversations that need the most capable agent |
| **Ultra** | Conversations where a natural pace matters most |

Ultra agents can use the same knowledge bases, connected apps, call transfers, and reports as other Knova agents.

## Choose Ultra

1. Open **AI Agents → Knova Agents** and select **Voice Agent Studio**.
2. In **Team settings**, open **Intelligence**.
3. Select **Ultra — most natural**.
4. Pick a voice, finish setting up the agent, and save.

Ultra has its own list of voices. You can't play a voice sample for Ultra voices, so test the agent with [Try agent in browser](/agents/knova/try-agent) to hear how it sounds.

## Good uses for Ultra

* Customer service calls where a natural pace matters
* Callers who often interrupt or ask questions mid-sentence
* Calls where a faster reply is likely to win more bookings or sales

## Credit usage

Ultra uses more credits per minute than the other tiers. **Settings → Customer Pricing by Tier** shows what each tier costs you, and lets you charge customers more for calls answered by higher-tier agents. See [Customer pricing by tier](/partner-portal/settings/customer-tier-pricing).

## If you don't see Ultra

Ultra may not be available on every account yet. If it's missing from **Intelligence**, contact support.
