# Terms and privacy pages

> Find the current platform terms and privacy policy, and choose the legal links shown on your customer portal.

## Platform legal pages

Read the current Knotie AI Pro documents on the public website:

* [Terms of Service](https://knotie-ai.pro/terms)
* [Privacy Policy](https://knotie-ai.pro/privacy)

The live pages currently show **Terms v2.0** and **Privacy v2.0**, effective **18 August 2026**. Always use the live pages as the source of truth because legal documents can be updated.

## Customer portal legal pages

Your customer-facing portal includes branded Terms and Privacy pages. To use your own documents instead:

1. Open **Settings → Whitelabel**.
2. Expand **Landing Page Configuration**.
3. Add your **Privacy Policy URL** and **Terms of Service URL**.
4. Save the settings and open the live portal to check both links.

Leave either field empty to use the default branded page for that document.
